In 2003 the municipalities
of Targovishte Region founded the Regional Development Center
Association as an intelligent model of introduction of European
standards and practices to the operational routines of the
administration, business and civil organizations.
This Center today is an active link between the private and
the public sectors. It submits high-quality consultancy services:
it develops, manages and carries out projects. It also strives
to draw in investors and capitals, and to establish the image
of its public and corporate customers and partners.
The Center is already an established organization that has
won recognition as a reliable, competent and authoritative
consultant and partner throughout this country.
WE ARE:
“Targovishte Regional Development Center” Association aimed
at submitting high-quality consultancy services focused on
programmes and schemes providing external funding to municipalities,
small and medium-sized enterprises, and on the implementation
of public-relation strategies on behalf of customers from
among the private and public sectors. The service range covers
the aspects of European programmes and projects, organization
of training courses, public relations and advertisement, strategy
planning and analyses, and management of the human resources.
OUR MISSION IS:
- Development, management and implementation of infrastructure

conservation and protection of the nature resources within
Targovishte Region and the Republic of Bulgaria.
